Overview
At Five_sneakers, we want you to love your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. Our commitment is to authenticity, fair pricing, and a smooth experience.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Returned in the original box/packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Please try sneakers indoors on a clean surface. Soles must be spotless and crease-free.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Not eligible
- Final-sale or heavily discounted items (if marked as such on the product page).
- Socks, insoles, and hygiene-related accessories (if opened).
- Items showing wear, odors, stains, or damaged/or missing original packaging.
- Special orders or customized items.
Returns vs. Exchanges
- Exchange (preferred): You can swap for a different size or model within 7 days. If the requested item is available, we will process it after we receive and approve your return.
- Store credit: If you prefer not to exchange, we can issue a store credit after inspection. Store credit is valid for 6 months.
- Refunds: Cash/card refunds are only offered for wrong item shipped or a manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
Defects or wrong item
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (and within the 7-day window).
- We may request photos or a short unboxing video to assess the issue.
- If confirmed, we will cover courier fees and offer an exchange or a full refund.
Fees & courier inspection
- For regular size changes or preference-based returns, two-way shipping is paid by the customer.
- Our courier may perform a quick on-the-spot inspection when collecting the item. If the item does not meet eligibility conditions, the pick-up may be declined.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
How to request a return/exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, name, and the reason for return/exchange.
- We will confirm availability (for exchanges) and schedule the courier pickup.
- Once received and approved, we will ship the replacement or issue store credit/refund as applicable.
